Description

There’s no more cost-effective way to increase average ticket, top line sales, and optimize labor to generate sales than an “Always-On” commitment to sampling both sides of the menu.  Participants in this workshop will leave with a thorough understanding and a “how-to” set of instructions and checks list needed to conduct daily coffee and menu tastings.  Participants will also receive tools designed to provide staff training to conduct sampling as well as merchandising and cross promotional sales & loyalty strategies designed to provide incremental merchandise sales and average ticket gains.
