Description

From the moment a customer walks in the front door of your store, there are four “moments of truth” that change a “Transaction” to a memorable “Brand Experience” that will keep those customers coming back time and time again.  In this highly interactive, role play workshop, Bad Ass Managers and ‘Ohana will engage with one another in role play situations that will enable them to not only recognize those moments of truth, but to capitalize with confidence in a truly badass way.  Participants in this workshop will not only engage with one another but leave the workshop with tools and training guides that they can take back to their store for interactive training with the rest of their ‘Ohana.
