Rob Rens is a Marine Corps veteran and owner of a State Farm Insurance Agency, co-owner of Signal Fire Media and co-founder of the Veteran Business Collective. He left the Marine Corps in 2011 and become a statistic like many other recently transitioned service members. Within his first 2 years he worked different sales and marketing jobs only to leave those companies frustrated, anxious and undecided about his future. It wasn’t until he found small business ownership was he truly able to align his passion for serving his community with his desire to be wholly accountable for the success of the organization.
