Self-parking is $30 per night.

Hotel Cancellation Policy
72 Hours prior to arrival, notice of cancelation is required. Cancelation Fee: 1 Night room and tax charge.

We will be in business casual attire for the meeting sessions. You are welcome to dress up for the Friday Welcome Reception and Sunday Awards Dinner to celebrate the occasion! Keep in mind that hotel ballrooms are often kept cool, so bringing a light jacket or sweater is a good idea.

The weather in Louisville for October is averages between a low of 55 and a high of 75 degrees. There will be a chance for showers as well. 

When registering, you will have the option to include additional attendee(s). The additional attendee rate is $1,499, whether the attendee is a second franchise owner or staff member(s).

Please note that all guests must be included under the same registration as the primary attendee. You may also add additional attendees to an existing reservation at any time by accessing your registration. You will need the password you created to log in and make updates

Complimentary Wi-FI will be available in the hotel guest rooms, public areas, and meeting space.

Friday’s Welcome Reception will include dinner and drinks. Breakfast will be provided on Saturday and Sunday, and Saturday lunch is also included.

On Sunday, lunch is on your own—an opportunity to explore Louisville’s many excellent dining options.

Saturday evening dinner is open for you to dine independently, giving you time to network and experience the city. The conference will conclude Sunday evening with our Awards Dinner Ceremony, where dinner will be served.

Franchisees will be responsible for their team member registrations and may select from the following:

1. ACH draw (no fees), pulled from the bank account on file with SCA Corporate on the 15th of the month following your registration.  Example: if you register on May 14th, the ACH draw will not take place until June 15th.
2.  Credit Card payment (+ 5% processing fee), you will receive an invoice from SCA corporate which will include the added processing fee.  Credit card payment must be processed within 15 days, or you will receive notification of a direct draw from your bank account.

Sponsors will receive an invoice from SCA corporate and should provide updated billing information to Loretta@seniorcareauthority.com.
