    • Cheyenne Mountain Resort and we have a room block for you. The link will be in your confirmation to book the room at our discounted rate of $179/night plus state and local taxes.

 

  • When should I book my hotel?
    • Book before July 15, 2022 to ensure you receive the negotiated room rate.

 

  • What is parking at the hotel like?
    • Self parking near lodges.

 

  • What airport should I fly into?
    • Colorado Springs (COS) and Denver (DEN) both have direct flights available.

 

  • How do I get to the resort from the airport?
    • Colorado Springs (COS) is a 10-mile drive from airport to resort.
    • Denver (DEN) is a 93-mile drive from airport to resort.

 

  • What is the dress code for the meeting?
    • Casual.

 

  • What is the dress code for the golf course?
    • Country Club of Colorado: Proper golf attire must be worn at all times. All players are required to wear collared shirts. Slacks, shorts, or skirts must be hemmed and in good condition. Recommended short/skirt length is mid-thigh. Tank tops, swimwear, cutoffs, gym shorts and the like are not acceptable.

 

  • Should I bring my own golf clubs? 
    • Yes, you can ship your own golf clubs with Ship Sticks. Ship your clubs and enjoy hassle-free travel! Or you can rent from the Country Club.

  

  • What is the weather like in Colorado Springs at the end of August?
    • Warm during the day & cooler in the evenings.

  

  • How do I book my hotel room?
    • Once you register for the event, follow the link to book hotel to receive our discounted rate.

    

  • Can I bring a companion/spouse?
    • Franchisees: Yes, please register any guests to ensure food/beverage counts are accurate. We don’t want anyone to go hungry.
    • Vendors: Please stick to the allotted number of invitations per Sponsorship Package selected.

 

  • I am a vendor and I want power at my booth, who should I contact?

 

  • What is the Cancellation Policy?
    • Hotel Policy: Credit Card required to guarantee reservation. A deposit of one night's room and tax will be charged at booking. Cancellations must be received 7 days prior to day of arrival to avoid 1 night’s room and tax cancellation penalty.
