This owner-operator session will be focused on bringing our Badass customer outcome to life by understanding and investing in the “The 3T’s of Revenue Driving Activation” (Traffic, Transaction, Trust).  This presentation brings to light the reality that marketing without a contextual brand experience is a weakened investment, and to create an unforgettable store experience requires time, training and reinforcement to produce consistent results.  Winning brand builders don’t wait for business to come to them - they know their customer’s needs and desires – then deliver on them knowing that accelerated growth requires a combined proactive investment of time, labor and marketing.
