Gather & challenge your fellow Fleet Feet and Vendor friends from across the nation! On is bringing their famed Tug-O-Run to the 2019 Fleet Feet Conference. Sprint, jog, walk, or crawl at your own pace, but you'll need to finish as one because every stride of every runner will pull a team to victory, fastest team wins! 

Registrants will be placed on one of two teams, red or blue to race against each other in opposite direcitons on the 5k course. Not running, come out and cheer on fellow runners!
