If you are trying to book nights outside of Tuesday, September 24th, 2024, through the night of Sunday, September 29th, and are unable to do so using this link, please call (727)-593-6110 during the hours of 9am-5pm EST, to see if there is availability to accommodate your preferred dates. Please reference the Senior Care Authority National Conference room block. 

Self-parking is complimentary for all guests, or valet parking is available at the rate of $25 daily, plus tax.

Hotel Cancellation Policy
72 Hours prior to arrival, notice of cancelation is required. Cancelation Fee: 1 Night room and tax charge.

The dress code for our event is business casual. Feel free to dress up for our Welcome Reception and Awards Dinner if you wish! Please remember the hotel ballrooms can be chilly.

The weather in Clearwater, Florida for September is between 56-67 degrees. There will be a chance for a passing shower as well. 

When registering, you will have the opportunity to register your guest as well. 

There will be complimentary wifi in all the meeting rooms during the event. 

Friday’s Welcome Reception will have hearty appetizers and drinks. Saturday and Sunday breakfast and lunch are provided.  Saturday evening, dine on your own to network and explore. Sunday, dinner will be served at our closing Awards Dinner Ceremony.
