Command and Control

The Office of Director, Marine Corps Staff (DMCS) is the information releasing authority and the collection point for all GOS/EOS agenda-related products, and has staff cognizance over the principals’ agenda. Director, Special Projects Directorate (SPD), a division within DMCS, exercises overall staff cognizance for all GOS/EOS administrative and logistical support.

Orders

Individual commands will fund and issue orders for their attendees. For travel orders for principals assigned to non-USMC commands, please contact Mr. Randy Kowski at randy.kowski@usmc.mil, or 703-693-2821 to coordinate Line of Accounting, or for funding issues. All orders should be non-reporting. Government quarters and messing are not available. Rental vehicle may be authorized at the parent command’s discretion.

Lodging

Information will be collected during the online event registration process and will be provided directly to the hotel on your behalf.  This one-stop registration / reservation feature reduces the time and effort normally associated with registering for an event.  As such lodging has already been reserved at NCC.  The expectation is all participants remain overnight at NCC.

  1. REGISTERING ON-LINE IS THE ONLY MEANS TO REGISTER AND CONFIRM LODGING FOR THIS EVENT.  Therefore, it is not necessary to call for lodging to make reservations.
  2. Due to the size of the symposium and the limited amount of suites available, lodging        assignments will be based on billet seniority.
  3. Hotel Check-in: 1400, Sunday, 26 September 2021.  *May vary on individual arrival dates.*
