IMPORTANT HOTEL INFORMATION

Great news!  The group room rates at the Omni Louisville have been lowered to $259+tax!  
 

• If you’ve already made a reservation within the group block, no action is needed —your rate will automatically be adjusted to the new lower price.
   
• If you’re planning to book a new reservation, the updated group rate of $259+tax is now live and available through the group booking link.
   

The group rate is guaranteed by the hotel to be the lowest available rates over the conference dates, Monday, May 12 - Wednesday, May 14th.   The hotel recently went through a reservation system update, and this caused lower rates to appear on their website over the conference dates, this issue has been corrected.
 

There may be lower rates available on the shoulder nights pre and post arrival (May 9-11, and May 15-18).  You are welcome to make consecutive reservations on the shoulder nights to receive the lower rate.  *Please note consecutive reservations will be automatically linked by the hotel team IF: The same room type is booked on each reservation, first and last name are the same, and the Omni ID are the same on each reservation.  If you have linked consecutive reservations, you will only need to check in once, the key card will continue to work, and you do not need to go to the desk.
