This October Bad Ass Coffee of Hawaii Franchisees and their ‘ohana, valued supplier partners, guest speakers and home office ‘ohana will gather once again on October 12-14 at the Wigwam Arizona Resort in Litchfield Park, Arizona for the Second Annual Bad Ass Coffee of Hawaii Franchise Convention.
With a convention focus on “Pathways to Profit through Unit Level Economic Growth,” I am pleased to share this website as a tool to provide you with everything that you need to plan, register and attend the 2025 Convention.

Thanks to your feedback from the 2024 Convention, we’ve tailored this year’s Bad Ass Coffee Franchise Convention to include more of what you said you wanted most and will include:
- A full agenda of 8 targeted education tracks that focus on building revenue, profit and marketing are designed for owner/operators as well as for managers/’ohana;
- A full afternoon of dedicated ‘Ohana Partners Showcase & Exhibit time with more than double the number of exhibit tables available;
- An opening General Session Panel Discussion that will provide an unique and expert view of the current Hawaiian coffee industry and will feature four of the most influential Hawaiian Coffee Growers on the Islands;
- A first-ever Bad Ass Coffee Golf Tournament on Sunday morning October 12th;

(Hello and welcome to beautiful Arizona)
We are SO excited to welcome all of you to sunny AZ for the 2nd Annual Bad Ass Coffee of Hawaii convention. The inaugural event last year was an incredible time for building deeper connections with our expanded ‘ohana as well as absorbing outstanding content from the various workshops, panel discussions, and tours. I also recall everyone maxing out the time at the luau and cocktail receptions!
This year offers a great opportunity to continue that tradition and build on it with sessions focused on helping you grow your business! Get ready for sessions like “Maximizing Profitability by Knowing Your Numbers” and “Unleash the Power of Local Social Media Marketing” just to name a few. We will also include breakout workshop tracks again for Owner/Operators and Managers. According to last year’s survey, these were extremely popular and helpful at both levels, so we’re building on those as well. Don’t worry . . . the agenda will once again have plenty of time to share a cocktail or two with friends, old and new!

For those of you who haven’t been to the desert in October, just a couple suggestions before you head out. Even though it’s “Fall” on the calendar, you’re still in the desert. Pack some sunscreen and sunglasses for the daytime, and a light jacket or sweater for the evenings. The temperature swings quite a bit from day to night, so it’s always good to have layers. We also suggest a reusable water bottle, moisturizer, and chapstick. The dry air is NO JOKE if you’re not used to it. By the time you feel thirsty, it’s too late. Other than that, just bring your enthusiasm and be ready to have an amazing few days in the desert!
