We encourage you to bring managers, shift leads, and high-potential members of your Bad Ass Coffee `ohana as well as other family members and guests to fully experience the convention together and enjoy this world-class resort. Our registration process allows you to easily add multiple attendees at once, ensuring no one misses out on this fantastic opportunity to learn, connect, and celebrate as an `ohana.
The convention will be hosted at The Wigwam Resort located in Litchfield Park, Arizona. This luxurious and historic resort offers a blend of authentic Southwestern charm, luxurious accommodations and activities/amenities that are a perfect match for our adventurous Badass spirit.
You can look forward to two full days of expert insights from keynote speakers and industry experts, as well as roundtable discussions and idea exchanges with fellow franchisees. The agenda will focus heavily on building unit-level economics and implementing local store marketing strategies designed to grow your top AND bottom line. The Education program is rounded out by a mix of general session presentations, break-out sessions, networking opportunities, and social events such as a Hawaiian Surfer-inspired welcome reception and a Southwestern-inspired dinner.

We're excited to bring you an exciting lineup of industry experts and inspirational speakers, including Steve Van Doren, son of Van’s Shoes Founder, Paul Van Doren, and currently the company’s vice president of events and promotions and Vans' unofficial ambassador of fun, and Iain Douglas, Bad Ass Coffee Chief Brand Officer. This year’s convention will also feature a General Session panel discussion with some of the most influential Hawaiian Coffee Growers including Tommy Greenwell, (Greenwell Farms) Kimo Falconner (Maui Grown Coffee), Fred Cowell (Kona Hills Coffee Farm), and Victoria Megana Ledesma (Misma Lani Farms). A full refund will be granted if your cancellation has been received in writing 45 days prior to the start of the event. For refunds requested 14 days prior to the event, refund will be 50% of amount paid. No refunds will be issued in the 13 days prior to event or after event begins.
