PENDING TOURS STOPS:

Greenwell Farms

We're excited to take Bad Ass Coffee of Hawaii franchisees to the birthplace of Hawaiian Coffee in 1825 with a visit to the historic and award-winning Greenwell Farms.  From coffee fields to coffee tastings, discover why Greenwell Farms was voted Hawaii's Best Farm Tour in 2021 and 2023-2026 by Hawaii Magazine and has won the TripAdvisor Traveler's Choice Award 2021-2025.

Inspired by the Napa Valley Wine Tour, Greenwell Farms will provide guided tours of their coffee farm and processing facilities. From seed to cup, guests are given an inside look at the history, farming and processing of coffee before sampling Greenwell Farms 100% Kona Coffee. Tours walk over unpaved, uneven terrain, with mild upslope and downslope. Unescorted viewing of the farm is prohibited. Tours last 45-60 minutes and coffee is available for sampling both before and after the tour.

Kona Hills

Kona Hills is the largest coffee farm in Kona. Their mission is to provide the best 100% Kona Coffee experience, seed to cup!  Established in 2016, Kona Hills is focused sharing a world class 100% Kona Coffee experience that leaves one saying: “WOW!”  Kona Hills is a single estate farm, with seed to cup traceability. Every bean sold originates from their breathtaking landscape.  The tour of the farm will reference two distinct growing areas.  The first is Hokukano Ranch which includes 1,392 acres of agricultural land, and the second is the Lower Kealakekua Heritage Reserve which includes 500 acres of agricultural land.

Uluwehi Coffee Farm

(Pending)

Located in Holualoa in the Kona coffee belt, Uluwehi Coffee Farm is a small and unique 5 acre farm growing single source specialty coffee. To ensure the best possible quality, the entire transformation process is taking place at the farm - from seedling to roasting. Follow Franck, your tour guide, as he explains each step of the transformation – from coffee cherries to green beans – and how using different processes can change the taste of your coffee.

With a breathtaking view, Uluwehi Coffee Farm is a perfect place to experience Kona’s passion for great coffee and enjoy a cup of our award winning coffees.
