Reel Impact was founded by Adam Crosley in 1986. Our initial purpose was to deliver corporate videos and television commercials. As the industry has evolved and grown, so has Reel Impact. We still deliver high impact videos, but today our services include full-service live event production, interactive communications resources, new media strategies and other technical services that enable our customers to meet their communication goals and requirements in locations around the country.

LTC (Ret) Paul Trapp is a seasoned military leader and event planning professional. He serves as the Chair of the Executive Oversight Committee and brings 31 years of combined active duty, reserve component, and Army National Guard experience, closing his military career out as the Chief of Recruiting for the Army National Guard. Paul currently leads a team of more than 40 Operational Managers and Certified Meeting Professionals (CMP) who plan and execute over 3,000 events annually for the federal government and commercial clients. He also has more than 20 years of successful contract management expertise, as well as event planning, organization and evaluation of conferences, seminars, and meetings in both the private and federal sectors. Paul is also a founding owner of EventPrep (a life-style franchise opportunity for entrepreneurs who are trapped in an employee’s body). Paul lives in Central Florida with his wife Kimberly and is the co-author of Prep for Success: The Entrepreneur’s Guide to Achieving Dreams.
