July 2023 EOS Details

The Summer Executive Off-Site (EOS) will be held 11-12 July 2023 at Fort Belvoir, VA. Travel days for the EOS are scheduled for 9 July (OCONUS)/10 July (CONUS) and 13/14 July.  There will be an official spouse program during this EOS.  All Marine three- and four-star General Officers, MARFOR Commanders, the Counsel for the Commandant, Staff Judge Advocate to the Commandant, Legislative Assistant to the Commandant, Director of Communications, and the Sergeant Major of the Marine Corps are invited to attend. A detailed agenda is in development and will be released by the Office of the Director, Marine Corps Staff (DMCS) when approved. 

 

Note:  Funded travel and lodging on Sunday, 9 July is not authorized for CONUS GOs traveling to the NCR for the EOS unless they have official business to conduct on Monday, 10 July. The CMC change of responsibility/retirement ceremony does not constitute official business for these purposes. Participants are encouraged to prioritize and conduct congressional staff engagements. Please coordinate with Headquarters, Marine Corps, Office of Legislative Affairs.
