A non-reimbursable fee will be collected from principals, spouses, and official note-takers.  This is NOT considered a "registration or conference fee".  The fees paid for the EOS covers the entire cost of meals, refreshments, and social.  Working lunches will be served on 11 and 12 July for Principals and Note Takers.  For attendees on orders, an adjustment to the per diem rate must reflect that the lunch meals were provided at a cost to the government. The following fees are associated with the EOS:

 

a.  Principal total:  $120

        (1)  Tuesday total: $75

            (a) Breakfast: $20

            (b) All day snacks and beverages: $25

            (c) Social: $30 (Heavy hors d’oeuvres with cash bar at the Fort Belvoir Officers Club)

        (2)  Wednesday total: $45

            (a) Breakfast: $20

            (b) All day snacks and beverages: $25

 

    b.  Spouse total: $158

        (1)  Tuesday total: $94

            (a) Breakfast: $14

            (b) Lunch: $25

            (c) All day snacks and beverages: $25

            (d) Social: $30 (Heavy hors d’oeuvres with cash bar at the Fort Belvoir Officers Club)

        (2)  Wednesday total: $64

            (a) Breakfast: $14

            (b) Lunch: $25

            (c) All day snacks and beverages: $25

 

    c.  Note Takers Total: $90

        (1)  Tuesday and Wednesday total per day: $45

            (a) Breakfast: $20

            (b) All day snacks and beverages: $25
