The EOS will be held at the Fort Belvoir VA. Joint and spouse program briefs will be held at the Fort Belvoir Officers Club. Principal briefs will be held at Building 367.
Yes, please register/RSVP by 19 June 2023
- For principals, the required uniforms and civilian clothing are:
- (1) Business Casual (sports coat, open collar, slacks or skirt, button up shirt or blouse).
- For civilians/spouses, the required attire is:
- (1) Business Casual (sports coat, slacks or skirt, button up shirt or blouse).
- The required uniform for non-attendee briefers is Service “C”.
There is no need to book a hotel. Reservations will be coordinated by SPD for all out-of-town attendees. Do not contact the hotel directly. If there are any special requirements for your room, please annotate accordingly through online registration
A non-reimbursable fee will be collected from principals, spouses, and official note-takers. This is NOT considered a "registration or conference fee".

- From Washington DC (1-95 South)
- If you are traveling south on 1-95, take the Fairfax Parkway/Backlick Road (286) exit 166 A.
- Take the Fairfax County Parkway to its end at U.S. Rt. 1 (Richmond Highway.)
- Turn left.
- At the first light, on the right, is the entrance for Tulley Gate on to Fort Belvoir.
- From Richmond (1-95 North)
- If you are traveling north on 1-95 North, take the Fort Belvoir Exit 161 B. (U.S. Rt 1 -- Richmond Highway)
- You will travel five miles to Fort Belvoir.
- Continue through the light at the Fairfax County Parkway (286). At the next stop light, on the right side you will see the entrance for Tulley Gate, turn right.
- Yes, parking is available at the Fort Belvoir Officers Club. Please specify during registration and a parking spot will be reserved for you.
Yes, lunch and refreshments will be available for registered attendees. Information about dietary restrictions is collected during registration.
